Labyrinthitis

Labyrinthitis is the inflammation of labyrinth or inner ear. Inflammation may be secondary to infectious or non-infectious causes. Labyrinthitis has not been evaluated systematically and usually assumed to be a complication of meningitis or otitis media in ENT practice. Labyrinthitis, which has a wide spectrum with various etiology, has not been investigated as a separate entity.
