Vertigonun Cerrahi Tedavisi

Surgery for vertigo is recommended when medical therapy fails and there are incapacitating symptoms. Vertiginous disorders that can be treated surgically are Meniere’s disease, vestibular neuronitis, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, chronic labyrinthitis, perilymph fistula. Surgical approaches are broken down into corrective and destructive types.
