Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome Epidemiology

Its importance increased and It began to take part more in epidemiological studies due to clinical results and relationship with other systemical diseases. There are different results among the populations because polisomnographic studies are not enough. Snoring are seen %50 in men, %30 in women and the prevalence of sleep apnea is %1-5 in general.
