Laboratory Evaluation Of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome: Video Sleep Nasendoscopy

The study of upper airway dynamics in obstructive sleep apnea, is very important and imperative. Video sleep nasendoscopy (VSNE), was developed as the most similar technique to natural sleep with the use of sedation. The disadvantage of this technique is the use of sedation which is unnatural. Poor results were reported in surgeries planned according to the results of VSNE.
