Primary Lymphomas Of The Salivary Glands

To diagnose the primary malign lymphomas of salivary is quite difficult. It is seen after in elderly people and the male female ratio is equal. Although it originates from the lymph nodes inside the salivary glands (primary malignant lymphoma) it has the types which appears along with the otoimmune diseases (MALT) and MESA which forms at the ground of chronic sialadenitis.Keywords: Salivary glands, Lymphoma, MALTTurkiye Klinikleri J Surg Med Sci 2007, 3(36):7-9
